Notes on Dump Stations: (From Fred Sankey):

Comox Valley Harbour Authority has a pump-out station.

IMC on Lopez Island has rigid vacuum hoses under all docks. They move a hose from connection to connection, like you would with built-in vacs at home, to pump out any boat in the facility.

Roche Harbour on San Juan has a free service, a pump out boat called "Phekal Phreak", that comes to your boat and takes your poo!

Friday Harbour, also on San Juan, just started Pumpty Dumpty (pump-out boat), a $5 fee and they also will come to your boat and de-poo you. Two 'on-wheel' portable pump tanks complimentary, as well as a $2.50 pump at a sanitary pump-out dock.

Port of Bellingham has 10 different pump-out stations, all complimentary, scattered throughout Squalicum Harbour.

Deer Harbour on Orcas, pump-out dock at gas dock, complimentary with moorage.

(Our reality is 3 days out and we are full! Marinas are starting to understand that its gotta go somewhere and are making it easier to be good citizens!)
